1. Equipment Functions and Introduction  

 

1. The Huatian Jingdian digital inkjet print machine a new-generation inkjet printing device optimized and upgraded based on the original offset print machine structure ,it can do single- side print with number and perforate function.no need to make the ps plate and adjust the number. 

2. The bridge positioning section retains the original machine’s structural design, integrating an ultrasonic double-sheet detection system and equipped with front guide and side guide .

 

3. The vertical and horizontal perforating adopts a pneumatic cylinder control mode, allowing free switching of perforating directions. The hardened cylinder supports direct blade cutting, while the vertical perforate holder features a new modular design, enabling flexible holder replacement and rapid blade changes.  

 

4. The host computer printing system integrates a control board, ink supply system, print heads, RIP software, printing control module, and numbering software.  

 

5. The print heads are equipped with a fully automatic cleaning device, and the ink system incorporates a new negative pressure control system, supporting dual-mode cleaning with negative pressure adsorption and positive pressure ink flushing.  

 

6. The advanced RIP processing software efficiently handles page normalization, rasterization, and color management. Its text processing technology supports curve conversion, blackness adjustment, and four-color to single-black conversion, completely resolving the overprint error issues.  

 

7. Two independently developed numbering systems are included, capable of quickly processing elements such as barcodes, QR codes, dates, images, and text. The online numbering output system achieves zero memory usage, significantly improving efficiency.  

 

8. The entire machine’s PLC and printing software are deeply integrated, achieving high automation to greatly reduce the time to change the job .
